						 <p>Let us form a group; EXPATS; and we can set up an automatic system to send emails almost every day to a large number of people in India (the powers be and the lay public). We need to gather as many emails as we can starting with our friends emails (including our American friends). Then those of us who have web expertise can set up the automated system (PUSH); even podcasting and etexting to mobile phones inside India.</p> <p>Subhash</p>
