Using mobiles to report demand for bribe
It is planned to rank 10 major offices at District level on a corruption scale. Citizens who are demanded bribe should be able to use their mobile phones to communicate name of the office, amount demanded, name of the official demanding the bribe. For this to be effective, the existence of such a system should be made known to citizens and it should be available whenever they want, and wherever they are. Suggestions are sought on implementing such a system. Finally the results should be displayed on the google-earth.
