KSPCB transfered some environmental officers. Later on wards with in a week the entire transfer order
was cancelled. Now some of them have got stay order for cancelled order. It is still confusing who managed to cancel
the transfer order. Now some office has two heads. Confusion still persists.
International Anti-Corruption Day on 9 December marks one year since the signing conference for the United Nations Convention against Corruption was held in Mérida, Mexico.
In the last year, over 110 countries have signed on to the Convention and 15 have ratified it. Ratificiation by 30 Member States is necessary for the Convention to enter into force.
India is one of the nonsignatory. Presidents and Governers will only make speaches written by others
and ask others to be noncorrupt. But Why they have not taken any iniiative to sign international legislation?
