When I saw this article in New York Times, as an Indian I felt that I should give my hand in helping you ma'am. I am an Indian living in USA. But I strongly feel about the corruption in our country. I may not be affected directly by it as I visit once a year, but I would like to do something for our country. Please let me know or guide me how I can be of some help. I will be forwarding this article and the link to all my friends and will ask my friends to forward it their friends so more people will knwo about this fight and hopefully more will join you in your fight.

I am an American-born person of Indian descent and I would love to smoke out any and all corrupt officials in India. I realize how complex this can be, but it is corruption that holds back millions from living better lives. The NRI community is large, growing, and has tremendous potential power. The younger generation of Indians outside India have grown up in a culture of activism and can be an enormous resource to suffering Indians.

I am amazed at how the country is surviving with such a huge number of corrupt individuals running it. You can start with the highest offices in the country and hardly get anything done without coming across bribery. Parasites like these certainly contribute too the brain drain. I cannot use much harsher language due to the nature of the forum. There are throngs of bright people who are capable of taking the country to dizzying heights but bribery and red tape will surely discourage the majority. It's a plague that afflicts the country……………God save the nation.

Feel strongly about corruption in our country, but like most others, have never actively done anything to rid us of this pandemic, ie, apart from not taking part in it personally. Very heartening to find people like you here. I am a student in the US. Would like to know how I can help you. I really appreciate the effort undertaken by you. I would like to help in whatever way I can - blogging, digging, writing, spreading the word etc.
I am fully convinced that the only way change can happen is 'bottom-up' - the administration is corrupt top to bottom. I have totally lost hope in any leader bringing about a change, especially after our current highly educated Prime minister and President basically passing their tenure without any real action to bring about any positive change.
Again I really Thank You for starting this effort.

I am an Indian living in the USA, this is a very good beginning, In India corruption should be tackled from bottom up. I can help by forwarding this site to all my contacts and inspire them to join this great cause. Some tips which can help immediately for anti-corruption
- Dont post messages anonymously, come forward as it is a good cause, feel proud of it.
- Stop giving bribes for any thing that you do, and publicize people who involves in bribing

In my opinion one way that NRI's and their foreign friends of India can help could be this way:
We all know that our politicians and senior bureaucrats just love to travel abroad on various excuses, including the all encompassing label "study tour". Well what we could do is keep our antennas alert for any such visit coming in our direction and then bombard the politician/bureaucrat by asking uncomfortable questions on corruption, governance etc in areas of their responsibility.
